Our Process

Every project is different so we take our basic process and customize it to fit your exact needs.

Initial Consultation

We will setup an appointment to come out to your property to get a clear idea of what you want, take inital measurements and assess the scope of the project. You can also request for us to provide a conceptual design of your project.

Estimate is Sent for Approval

You will be sent an estimate that will include the necessary materials and related costs. If there are any questions about the estimate, we encourage you to call us. We will review it with you and answer all questions.

Estimate is Approved

You are ready to get started! Once you have approved the estimate, you will be required to put down a deposit. You can also apply for financing at this point.

Materials are Selected

At this point, we will have you pick the various components of the remodel. We will even help you pick things out to ensure you get the finished product you want.

Let the Work Begin

This is where the actual work begins. We will setup a work schedule and communicate with you throughout the construction.

Final Walkthrough

You can now start enjoying your new space! We will review with you everything that was done and address and questions or concerns. For 2 months after the work is completed, if something goes wrong, we will come out and fix it.

Once you are satisfied, we will collect the final payment and you can start enjoying your remodeled space.
