Why water control comes first
In South Florida, a bathroom is judged by what happens behind the tile as much as by how it looks. Humidity is constant, and in a condominium a leak can reach the unit below. We plan the waterproofing, drains and ventilation before finishes are chosen.

Remodeling a condominium bathroom

Bathroom work in progress
We are now renovating four bathrooms in a condominium unit in Sunny Isles Beach. The scope includes a primary bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, new plumbing rough-in with inspection, and tile and finishes throughout, as part of a larger renovation of the unit.
